Type about the process that you used to create your montage in Photoshop. Explain your 5 personal symbols that you used and why you used them in your art. What element of art is most emphasized in your artwork?
Type about how you made it and what program you used. Tell me your exp. with the tablet. Tell me why you selected the image that you did. Tell me which E/P is the most predominant and why.
I used the Walcom tablet to draw digitally in photoshop CS6. I setup many layers to do the lines, colors, backgrounds, and touchups like many famous Pixar artists do. I decided to draw a derpycorn and as the artwork developed I thought he needed a nerd girlcorn. Clearly the best place for her to sit and not mess her wings or hair up is in derpycorn's hair. The main element of art that I feel is the most predominant would have to be color as it sets the mood. The mood to me feels playful with the light pastels.
Here you’ll post your finished projects with a short artist statement/ disruption about said project. Set it up so the picture is next to the text for easier readability.
For the 1st setup please find an artwork that you like and write a brief description about it with the 2 columns.
